What if I do not want to use my credit card over the Internet? Are there any alternative modes of payment?A. Those who do not wish to use their credit card over the Internet, may fax us their credit card details. Once an item has been selected, the mailing and billing details are obtained and you are ready to proceed to the "secure credit card transaction" page, if you wish to order via fax, please click on the "fax form" button just above the "secure credit card transaction" button. This will bring up the fax form, which you may print, fill out, sign, and fax to the number given on the form. We issue a unique tracking number with every purchase that allows our customers to check online the delivery status of their package from the moment an order is confirmed. Through our tracking facility, we are able to provide our customers proof of delivery, the exact time of delivery and the name of the recipient. In order to use this facility, please remember the tracking number given at the top of your invoice (e.g. DO-111). You may track your orders by clicking on the tracking button in the upper right hand corner of the page. Q. What is the minimum delivery time on orders?A. Ordinarily, destinations within Pakistan take 36 hours for delivery. Also, items which carry more than 8 kilograms of weight take around 72 hours or three working days. International shipments take between 4 to 8 working days depending upon the destination and choice of postal service. TCS promises 4 working days and DataPost delivers in 4 to 7 days depending upon the destination. Q. Is there an extra charge for gift wrapping?A. All items are expertly packed and exclusively wrapped in our dearOnes.com premium wrapping material. Flowers and eatables are delivered in TCS's refrigerated vehicles to ensure freshness. We take special care to package fragile material so that it reaches your dear ones safe but in style. Packaging of all gift items is free of charge. Q. What is Reminder Service and how do I set Reminders?A. Members can avail our Reminder Service to send themselves a reminder email on a pre-specified date prior to a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary, etc. Once you are registered as a member, you may login to the membership area by clicking on the "your account" button in the upper right hand corner of the page. You may set a reminder for yourself by clicking on the "add" new reminder. It will ask you the occasion you wish to be reminded off. The system will then automatically send you a reminder via email prior to the specified occasion. Q. What if I have forgotten my password?A. By clicking the "your account" button in the upper right hand corner you are able to log on to the membership area. At this point, you are asked for your username and password. In case you have forgotten your password, you may click on the "I have forgotten my password" button found in the "Services" section below. The system will email your password to the email address given in your personal profile. We will not email passwords to an email address different from the one used to register. Q. What if I want to change my password?A. By clicking the "your account" button in the upper right hand corner you are able to log on to the membership area. At this point, you are asked for your username and password. You may change your current password by clicking on the "I want to change my password" button found in the "Services" section below. The system will ask you for your current password, and ask you to set and confirm a new password. Q. Does dearOnes.Com share its members' personal information with outside companies?A. dearOnes.com collects customer information to better understand their needs and in order to provide the best overall shopping experience. What delivery choices do I have? How do I select a different courier?A. Delivery within Pakistan - For over a year now, we have teamed up with TCS for the delivery of all our gifts. With over 15 years of experience in the domestic express delivery industry, and a network of over 400 cities in Pakistan, TCS is renowned for its reliability and by far the best courier service in the country. Except for a few items, domestic delivery for dearones.com customers is free of charge and all packages are hand delivered the second day to any destination within the country. Worldwide Delivery - We now also offer worldwide delivery on most of our gift items. To give our customers more choice, we have affiliated with TCS and Data Post International, two of the most reliable courier services in the country. We have also teamed up with Sharza International, international exporters of handicraft, to provide special delivery services for cases where you may require more than one item delivered to an international address. For special delivery or export orders, please email info@dearones.com . Rates on international delivery - are calculated based on the first Kg and each additional ½ Kg. All rates are inclusive of 20% Central Excise Duty. A complete breakdown on international delivery rates for each courier is given in the table below. The perishable product (i.e. cakes, fruit, flowers, methai) ordered by you will be delivered fresh. Every effort will be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible and vary a little due to reasons beyond our control, such as; its non availability in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints. In case of such a forced substitution the product delivered will be equal in value to that ordered.
