Acceptance and Processing of your order is subject to the following Terms & Conditions :

1. Product:

The sentimental product ordered by you will be delivered fresh. Every effort will be made to deliver exactly the same product as ordered. However, at times it may not be possible and vary a little due to reasons beyond our control, such as; its non availability in a certain region/city or the seasonal constraints. In case of such a forced substitution the product delivered will be equal in value to that ordered. Products will be professionally gift wrapped before delivering.

2. Delivery:

Sentimental Products, cakes, bouquets, meethai and fruits shall be delivered within 36 hours of the acceptance of your order, excluding holidays and closed working days. All other items would be delivered within 10 working days.

3. NO REFUND POLICY:

Absolutely, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. No order can be cancelled, replaced or changed. Orders are immediately processed, fulfilled, executed and shipped.

4. Payment:

Once the order is placed, it is non-cancelable and payment is due immediately. In cases of non-payment and/or non-collection of funds, the recipient of products will be held liable for payment.

5. Non-payment/Collection:

We use professional collection agencies and/or civil courts to secure payment for products and services ordered. It is a U.S. Federal crime to enter or provide false and/or unauthorized credit card information. Recipient of products will be responsible for all charges and our costs associated with collection of funds, in addition to the cost of products or any late fees or penalty or any attorney fees.

6. Late fees:

A 10% or $25 (whichever is higher) late fee will be charged on any payment or authorization of payment not collected within 24hrs of placement of orders. Recipient of products will be billed for bi-weekly. A nominal 10% penalty will be applied to all outstanding charges.

7. Violation of Rules & Laws:

PakCyber, Pakistan or Bay Systems Inc., USA are not responsible for the contents of any advertisements placed on the website of DearOnes.com, or any infringement of any trade mark, copyright, proprietorship status or for any violation of the laws, orders, rules or regulations applicable in any country of the world.

8. Courts' Jurisdiction:

In the event of any dispute arising between the customers, clients or the senders of the gifts and the DearOnes.com website management, courts in Rawalpindi Pakistan, shall be entitled to hear and decide about such disputes.

9. Force Maejure:

Shall apply in the execution of the orders.
